We are a sister owned and operated custom press on nail business. Initially, Adorned by Ava started as a solo 15 year old self-taught nail artist side hustle. But that side hustle has quickly expanded after initial demand, and my team now includes my older sister!

Shipping times

Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. If delayed beyond 7 days please reach out via the contact us page, or through our email adornedbyavanails@gmail.com.

No Refunds or Returns

Given the sanitary risks we have a no returns or refunds policy. This does include if you ordered incorrect sizing for your set. We encourage customers to check out our sizing instructions, or purchase a sizing kit to ensure proper fitting.

  • A sizing kit is highly recommended, and ensures that we both are able to make and get the perfect set of nails customized for you! If you find a nail is not fitting correctly with your measurements, you can always order a replacement nail and those will ship within 1-2 business days!

    Unfortunately, there are no returns or refunds for nails measured incorrectly. So please order a sizing kit if unsure!

  • We love creating one of a kind custom orders, you can choose from price tier 1-4 which has descriptions of the criteria and examples. If you have questions about design, sizing, pricing, or other details you can always message via the Contact page or by email adornedbyavanails@gmail.com.

  • All sets come with an aftercare card with tips, as well as an instruction card for best application! You can use water with press ons applied; however, keep in mind this will loosen the glue over time. Typically press ons can easily be reapplied as the structure and design will remain in tact with proper prep.

    DO NOT use acetone to soak off as this will deteriorate the products used to create the press on nails.

  • Our sets can last anywhere between 7-30 days with proper prep beforehand, as well as after care. We recommend regularly moisturizing, as well as using a cuticle oil after application.
